Arghillà of the church, Aurelio S. parish, today, there was the Ecumenical Celebration of the Word of God who has seen have three Christian churches: the Catholic Church, the Waldensian Evangelical Church and the Evangelical Church of Reconciliation . The other churches were not present for meetings held in other areas. The opening of the celebration did echo the prayer of the three representatives of the churches: " part of all Christians in Jerusalem to the Christians of Gaul-Pastoral Zone Catona , in God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace and peace to you! " (See Thess 1:1). The Compassionate and loving God to intervene to restore the unity of all Christians who profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. God listens to us and help us in our weakness and strengthen us with the Holy Spirit to become one!
The Chairman of the Board of the Waldensian Church , Eugenia Mazzotti Channel, gave the homily, a closer reading of the Gospel of Matthew (Mt 28, 1-10). He emphasized, inter alia, the role of women in the Church as responsible "I have received from Jesus itself the task of doing apostolate" and "the reality of diversity in the various churches, brings wealth in the one church of God. "

Where there is prayer in different traditions, the community reading of the Bible in different languages, friendship with our brothers Jews, Christians and Muslims , without rancor or hatred, certainly is no God Unique and Holy. Where there is suffering because of wars, violence, poverty and despair, there is the certainty of the communion to the cross of Christ that binds us to each other.
